The Website provides a platform to view pre-construction properties for sale from different developers. Clients can log in to request to purchase a unit. Please note that the purchase of a unit is not guaranteed until confirmed by our company representatives, who will then provide further instructions.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
